Methi \ Fenugreek leaves strongly aromatic and have little bitter taste. It's rich in iron, Folic acid, thiamine, Vitamin A, B6 and C and many more. Method
1. Clean and Chop Methi leaves, Pudina/mint leaves and coriander leaves. Then chop the onion and tomato into small pieces. Wash and soak the rice in water.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds when it sputters, add onion and saute well until little mushy. Then add ginger garlic paste into it and saute until raw smell goes. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute well until mushy.
3. When it become mushy add all the chopped leaves(Methi, pudina/mint and coriander leaves) and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Add all the spice powders (Sambar powder, Garam masala and Turmeric powder) and salt and mix well. Saute this mixture for 2 minutes.
